About UnbreakFast

UnbreakFast is operated by Yiu Wing Yip, an individual in Hong Kong. These terms describe use of the app and its paid features. Contact support@unbreakfast.chaperon.dev if something is unclear.

A commitment tool

UnbreakFast provides fasting timers, schedules, local records and optional app restrictions on supported devices. It is not medical care, a diagnosis, a treatment plan or an emergency service. It does not promise weight loss or any other health outcome.

Put your health first

If you feel unwell, stop fasting and eat available food, take prescribed medication, or seek appropriate help immediately. Do not wait for a delivery, purchase or in-app action. Never select essential medical, communication, transport or emergency apps for restriction.

Protected mode is unavailable if you report being under 18, pregnant, having diabetes, having an eating-disorder history, or taking medication that requires food. A timer being available does not mean fasting is suitable for you.

You can remove app-managed restrictions by revoking the relevant device permission or deleting UnbreakFast. Do not rely on restrictions as a safety measure.

Free and Pro

Free includes the enabled fasting modes, immediate and scheduled starts, one-time and recurring timers, local records and completion summaries.

Pro adds protected commitment management, including app selection, activation and recovery, and Key stakes. Pro includes 10 Keys per billing month. The store purchase screen shows the current price and subscription period before you buy.

Your account and device

Use an account you control and protect your sign-in details. Local history and selections do not automatically transfer when you sign in on another device. A store account and an UnbreakFast account are different; verify both before buying or restoring.

Protected fasts and Keys

During a protected window, there is no free in-app stop. Ending early through the app spends the Key stake shown before confirmation. Top-ups require an active Pro wallet and do not reset an escalating stake.

Permissions, device state, connectivity and operating-system changes can affect restrictions. Read the commitment warning and check your selected apps before starting.

Billing and cancellation

Apple or Google bills purchases through the store account on your device. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled through that store. Deleting your UnbreakFast account or uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.

Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Refund requests follow the relevant store's process and rules. If a purchase has not appeared in the app, try Restore purchase before buying again.

Availability and changes

Features may be unavailable during maintenance or because of compatibility, permissions, connectivity or store status. TestFlight builds are test versions and may contain defects or expire. Paid purchases remain subject to the terms shown by the store.

Changes to these terms will appear here with an updated date. Nothing on this page removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
