Delete account

You can start deletion in the app. Cancel any store subscription separately.

Delete in UnbreakFast

  1. Open Records, then Account and data.
  2. Choose Delete account and local data.
  3. Read the subscription warning and confirm Delete now.

If the app reports an uncertain server result or incomplete cleanup, keep it installed and use the recovery or retry screen. Don't assume deletion finished until the app confirms it.

If you no longer have the app

Request deletion

Email support@unbreakfast.chaperon.dev from the account email where possible. Say that you want your UnbreakFast account and associated data deleted. You do not need to reinstall UnbreakFast to send a request.

Don't include passwords, recovery links, receipts or health information. The operator needs to verify that you control the account before deleting it. A request alone is not confirmation that deletion has finished.

What is removed

Confirmed server deletion removes your account/profile and linked Pro wallet, Key ledger, protected-fast records and purchase links. The in-app flow then clears local history, measurements, safety answers, app selections, attempt counts, Frenchie progress, crash-reporting preference and sign-in on that phone.

An email request cannot remotely erase local records from your other devices. Clear their app data separately. If the app offers device-only cleanup after an unresolved server result, that action does not confirm server deletion.

What can remain

Store-notification records can remain after account deletion with the account ID removed. They can contain notification identifiers, processing status and purchase hashes used to reconcile transactions and prevent duplicate credit. These records do not currently have an automatic deletion deadline.

A hashed deletion receipt, without an account ID, can confirm a completed deletion for up to 30 days. After that, it no longer proves the outcome. Expired receipt rows are cleaned during later deletion activity, rather than at an exact 30-day deadline.

Apple and Google keep their own records. Previously sent crash reports remain subject to Sentry's retention; the app cannot recall them. Unsent reports are cleared when crash reporting is turned off or device data is deleted. See Privacy for details.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your account or app does not cancel an auto-renewable subscription. Use Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions to cancel. Store billing may continue until you do.

Verification and confirmation

For requests made by email, support may ask you to prove control of the account using the account's sign-in method. Never send a password or sign-in token. Support will need to confirm the result and explain retained records; sending the initial request does not complete deletion.
